I think it has been over a week since I've written. I am trying to write once a week and that has proven more difficult than I thought. AnnaBrooke came down with another virus yesterday...a stomach virus with fever. Thankfully, Bucky got up with her when she threw up and gave her a bath. He is such a great husband. I have to write that he did do a major "honey do" last weekend...( after he read his book)...he painted the kids bathroom. Now he has just 2 rooms left! I love the color..it's a happy, make you smile yellow.
Grandma and Pop came Friday around supper time and get to stay a week. Anyone reading this...please pray for Pop. He just had colon surgery(4 weeks ago) to remove a cancerous mass and he is having trouble eating and keeping his weight and strength. I think he had the stomach bug too..which is not helping him want to eat. It's so hard to see him like this. We knew this was a major surgery, but didn't really know the extent of its effects. We just pray he gets his strength back soon, I know he is discouraged.
