More sickness
Well, Last week AnnaBrooke came down with a stomach virus which she seems to still not be over and now Aaron and Brinley have it! I was thinking we were going to be fortunate and not pass it all around, but I was wrong. We thought Pop had it, which I guess he could have, but we brought him to the hospital Friday and the doctors think he has a bacterial infection (due to his stubborn kidney stone that his urologist can't seem to remove). Poor pop! He is doing better now that he is on fluids and the antibiotic. We weren't sure what was going on with him last week. His fever would spike to 104! Ofcourse the kids are sick on a Sunday...I think we've missed 3 Sundays this month! I guess with four kids, the odds aren't good that they are all well at the same time. Bucky is on first call this weekend, so he has been gone alot. Thankfully, Grandma has been here to help! Oh, this week was spring break week. We did manage to squeeze in a little fun for the kiddos. We went to playtime pizza one night, which is this huge place with everything from miniature bowling to go carts. I absentmindedly forgot Aaron's bottle, but all worked out ok. It was a fun time. Thursday I took Brinley and Bronson shoe shopping and to McDonalds for lunch. They were actually excited to go shopping for shoes! Bucky and I went to a Chris Tomlin concert that night. It was amazing! Much, much better than the previous concert last month called winter jam, where we felt like we were old foggies (mostly teens there). Bucky is reading in his chair or maybe sleeping now. He has really become an avid reader! I am reading a christian book called Be Ye Trasformed, which is really eye opening. I feel like there is a theme to God's lessons for me this year....I need to transform my thinking and learn how to put off negative thoughts(anything not Philipians 4:8) and put on the mind of Christ. Bye for now, I need to eat before the little ones awake from their nap!
